I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A CLAIM PROCESSED FOR 10 MONTHS!!!! LOUSY SERVICE!!! THE WORST!!! IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO POST WITHOUT LEAVING A STAR RATING, I HAD TO SELECT ONE BUT I GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE THREE!!!

This company gets zero stars from me. Their insurance agents are unprofessional—liars, in fact, like the agent Carlos Arrieta. They fail to properly explain what each health insurance plan entails, leaving their clients with vague and useless information regarding their policies. When you try to cancel a policy, it becomes a complete nightmare; they take no responsibility for their clients, and there is no way to cancel the policy on your own.
