I am not allowed to give a zero star or I would. you can see attached where I canceled the Insurance in January. Its March 25th. Now I have to close account because they still get commission and will not cancel it. Now we have to change all the auto payments auto deposits. Nice Johnny. Commission for Character I hope you and your office needed it. I left 2 call for the current Manager as well. Yep you guessed it.. Crickets. I am guessing this is where the rep. learned it

Johnny was absolutely amazing helping the family get the life insurance we need to help us feel more secure. All questions were answered quickly and had zero issues. Thank You Johnny for everything

I have known Johnny for years he is one of the hardest working nicest people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. His knowledge and expertise is wonderful we had a great experience.

Just spent 2 hrs. with a broker named Denise and walked out without insurance. What a waste of time. As soon as her next appointment arrived she was done with me even though I was saying I wanted to sign up. Her reason for refusing me was because she said I didn't look happy with my options. I wasn't, but l need health insurance and had already been there too long and wanted to just sign up for a plan. Instead, I walked out with nothing and she moved on to her next clients. She obviously didn't want to keep them waiting. Worst experience ever! Very disappointed and I will make sure to let everyone I talk to know about it.
