I can not give enough positive feedback about my experience. My father used the APA for 40 years in his practice. After he passed I was overwhelmed. When I saw their annual letter come I wrote them to tell them why he wouldn’t be renewing. Lauren Spragis was phenomenal. She called me right away and told me about all of the coverage his practice was still entitled to after death. Lauren was kind, intelligent, and an absolute pleasure. She made me feel safe, and cared for. I wish there were more Laurens, and businesses like this. I signed one line and mailed a copy. It couldn’t have been easier. I hope Lauren is recognized, I am proud that my father was insured by them for decades.

It's insurance so not an exciting experience, but this agency is very professional and helpful. Have never had insurance with another agency because the first experience 12 years ago was great.
