This particular office totally gives you the run around, but takes your money from your automatic withdrawal faithfully. Dont recommend that with this particular office, I have been asking for a copy of my policy for the past 6 months with promises from them to mail the policy, yet to no avail.
How sad with two reviews on record. If I could give less than one star I would have. I called this District Office today, the phone rang more ten times with on one answering. I had to work with HQ in TX to get my situation resolved.
Trying to cancel my policy and get the run around for four months
