Worst customer service. It takes a long time to speak to an actual representative and they make you jump through hoops finding “ mistakes” to update your own beneficiaries. To speak to a supervisor I had to wait over 30 minutes, to not include the 18 minutes to speak to a representative
This place is a big fraud. I made 2 interest payments on the loan against my policy and have no clue what they did with the money. I do know it wasn't applied towards the interest of my loan. All because I reported them for fraud because they made illegal changes to my account. All changes to my account must be done by filling out the proper form. I filled out no such form and they made changes to my account anyway.
moved 20 years ago. no lomger at that location.
I texted and tried to get my policy canceled because I don't have any money to pay for it, and I have yet to get a response
