I was with American financial planners for 3 plus years and my service was great. I changed to another agency only because my rate increased by more than twenty dollars per month

Horrible customer service called many times for a quote. She would never call me back every time I called her. She said she was working on it, but Agian would never call me back for final numbers. She came recommended I would not recommend this company at all unless you’re willing to wait a lifetime.

I've been with American Financial Planners for as long as I can remember ..several -several, years. And I believe they have had the same secretary the entire time. She is super friendly, very knowledgeable, always on time and very, very helpful 😁 the best part is they are super affordable.. And I have low to no income most of the time because I'm on disability, yet they keep me covered! I don't normally do these Google reviews but the proof is in the pudding! Lol . Thank you for everything 🙏

Im really disappointed in the service. I called about 4 - 5 times in the last few days and was told I would receive a call back and or an estimate but neither happened 🤔 😕. I'll probably have to look elsewhere for insurance. Really nice people but here lately getting a response or call back is like pulling teeth... 🤔

Seems like a nice place. Heard good reviews, but they never got back to me after 2 calls. Called once, gave info and they said they'd call back in 60-90 minutes. 3 hours passed so I called back. Was told another agent was working on it, let them contact them, and they'd call me right back. Again no return call. So I went elsewhere. I'm sure they're good when they actually get back with the customer.
