Absolutely the worst company to manage your investments. When it comes time to cash out they make you jump through so many hoops that it makes your head spin. When it comes down to getting the money put directly into your account, they give you an excuse that it failed their integrity checks. So they have to send a paper check which takes forever. I will never encourage anyone to have this company manage their money!

I have tried to set up annuities through this company and every single year that I either set up new accounts or try to allocate money in different places it fails me. I am guaranteed every year of my life to waste hours emailing and calling folks from this company. Do not recommend. They do not care about your investment accounts. They only care about supplemental insurance that they pedal every single year to employees in the metro. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made with my money thinking theses clowns could handle my money properly.

One Star is too many at this point. I was a victim of fraud on my HSA card due to a breach at a provider I use. I made American Fidelity aware ( months ago at this point) and requested a new HSA Card so I can purchase my medication on the account I set up through my employer. Imagine my disappointment in not being able to get an HSA card sent to the right address after 5 attempts, not one, not two, but freaking (!@#$%) 5 ATTEMPTS..... and after 5 calls, 5 attempts, and weeks of waiting to get this card I am still unable to purchase my medication because of the glitch in your system. High Gas Prices, High Food Prices, and forget the price of everything else that has gone through roof...... I do not have the residual funds to pay for my medication and then wait for weeks for a check

They were surprised that I knew where the office was located. The phone number listed is not correct which is why I went in person to change my options during open season. They were very helpful once the figured out the contact information I had been given was incorrect. Great to work with so far. This is my 3rd year to work for a company that uses AF benefits.

The life insurance customer service reps are some of the best I have ever dealt with. They listen, help you with your problem, are kind, offer different solutions. I don't know who trained them but they did an excellent job.
