I'm getting these messages more frequent than not. AF get your IT team to fix these issues!! Tried several times to put in a claim and they're immediately rejected. "We encountered an error" "request canceled"

American Fidelity is the worst company to go through for a Flexible Spending Account. I swear that they must be able to keep the money that you don't use because they make it so difficult to get reimbursed for medications, doctor office charges, and other medical related costs. If this isn't enough, they also would not allow me to use my new FSA debit card they sent me last month. My old one expired back in June. This company should not be trusted with your hard earned money. Please trust me, DON"T USE AMERICAN FIDELITY for your FSA account!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been with American Fidelity for a couple of years now using the FSA option. I have never had problems for reimbursement on medical claims until now. All of a sudden my claims are getting denied. I tried calling to speak with someone and still did not get this issue resolved. This is very frustrating because now I only have until tomorrow to turn in claims or I lose my money. I will never re enroll with this company again. I do not and will not ever recommend them to anyone!!

The absolute worst service of any insurance company ever. I absolutely would never recommend this company. They never answer the phone. They never answer emails. I dropped a form off at the cooperate office for the upcoming year and they never acknowledge the form. They told me to drop off the form so I did and I never heard from my rep.
