I had the best experience ever!! Preston was the best!! He was very professional and guided me to the places that I needed to go in order to get my email address to sign the papers I needed to sign to get my insurance processed way to go Preston way to go I will surely tell people to go to American family insurance they are awesome! 😊 I had a great experience.

In the beginning this place was great. I had no complaints, up until recently. I cancelled all of my services on September 2nd and was told my Auto and Renters were indeed cancelled, but the umbrella coverage I had needed to have a "request" for cancellation sent off. On September 13th, I was charged (on autopayment) for the Umbrella coverage that had been cancelled on the 2nd of the month. So, in those days since I cancelled, my cancellation was NOT processed through the so called "request." I phoned the companies 800 number as this was a Sunday. They validated the cancellation was sent. When asked who this was sent too, they said the insurance agent I was set up through. They then sent a second "request" to have this cancelled. Now, on September 14th, I called the office.

Straight up ripoff, this insurance company will do virtually nothing to help you in the event of an incident that wasn't even your fault. I had proof on a dash-cam and they still were going to jack my rates up! Look elsewhere if you want decent insurance. 👌

I am so grateful to the team at AmFam! They have the best customer service, especially when they are so willing to help any time we’ve called! Thank you AmFam! You guys rock!

Everyone at the Ramsey agency is friendly and knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone! My daughter recently switched to American Family/Ramsey agency.
