Poor service. Do not attend to customer needs, We filed a claim due to hail on the roof and car and then they decide to cancel insurance because we did not fix it. They paid the roofer go figure. Now they are billing our mortgage without permission This is not how its set up. The worst thing is that you cannot get a call back from the insurance agent that got an award for customer service. Changing compoanies
