Terrible. Absolute worst Experience ive had with an insurance company to date. No call back, no confirmation, no communication, the one person I spoke with, knew nothing & made me resend everything again and then said he was no longer involved. I'm not sure how they are able to still be operating. I have been paying them for years. And when I finally need them, they don't exist. A simple, we are working on your claim, would be nice. If you have have a lot of time to waste, like to oversee the claim process because they do not, and be very frustrated as nothing is getting done, then this is your company. Would have been better off without any insurance then them.

Had my homeowners policy switched to them because the homeowner insurance I had stop covering in NJ. They cancelled my policy two weeks later because they said my roof showed wear and tear even though a roofer told me the roof was good for at least five more years

The company takes a lot of time to handle car insurance. You are made to wait and waste your precious time when they "process" everything. Not Happy!

Very poor communication with Claimants..Never inspected my Totaled car in more than week..No one assigned to Claim....They have an answering machine for claims..They Dont call Back..Very unprofessional.Its been over 9 Months this corrupt and fraudulent insurance company should not be I'n business.NEVER do business with this outfit Fake insurance company.,You will get Ripped off..Regards Bruce Ferg.
