I e been going here two years now these women are awesome sweet nice and generous. They will get you the cheapest but good insurance for your vehicle they are very patient as well with you. I highly recommend to anyone

Would give zero stars if i could. Went in there to add a car to my policy. I was the only customer in there. The lady that greeted me could not help me so she called the older lady in the back to help me. The older lady replied very snappy "You will just have to wait." So I replied I had plenty of time. She was rude and it aggregated her to have to take 2 minutes to add a car to my policy. A place of business should always treat customers with common courtesy. I think they forgot how to do that. I will be changing agencies in the morning.

If I could give these people a negative 5 I would. People are extremely rude. They have a older lady who answers phone and cant hear. When you have to repeat yourself she gets rude as if it your fault she cant hear. Then the daughter is just as rude.... Is this a business or reality drama TV show?

Overall I have had great service from Jenn and Cheryl, I have been a customer for over 5 yrs and they are always willing to help me in anyway possible to provide me with the best coverage and also the best price. Thanks Ladies
