He took the time to make sure I fully understood the different coverage options, which I truly appreciated especially during such an important time while navigating pregnancy and trying to choose the best plan for my family. I had a great experience working with Chase as my health insurance agent. He was incredibly thorough in explaining all my options and made sure I truly understood the details of each plan.
