I have know Amanda and her husband Morgan for over a decade. She has always been helpful and thoughtful and like a good Neighbor she is always there!!! She goes out of her way to help. She always tells me when a good deal comes up!! Glad I do business with her. Nothing but perfessionalism, sweet, and kindness. Always someone to count on.

I’ve been with State Farm for a couple of years now, and Sonja has been there since day one. She’s always receptive, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She makes dealing with insurance so much less stressful — I really appreciate her support and professionalism.

Terrible customer service. We decided to go a different route with insurance, and they couldn't ignore us more when we had questions about any refunds and that everything was transferred correctly. Charged us after things were cancelled because they "didn't see our correspondence" or just forgot. So, we then had to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund check. Instead of reaching out to our agent who ignored us about a refund check, I went through the customer service chat. And what do you know, crickets again. This is the most unprofessional and rude agent and company I have ever done insurance business with. I have a text out to them about the check and asked them to advise it was received.... And now I wait for no response. *Responding to the owner Your response proves how unprofessional you are.

Sonja was just a delight! She made it super easy to fix a mistake that I accidentally created and got everything so my moving process was go to go! Her incredible warmth and calming demeanor eased a lot of my stress. She deserves all her flowers and I couldn’t be happier ☺️

I have been getting help from Sonja and she has been amazing to work with! Great communication skills and very respectful helped me get a great price for my vehicle!
