Awful. They drag their feet on everything. Don't bother responding to my review. I would feel better if an AI bot replied. At least then I would know the review came from something that didn't have to swallow its pride to give some disgusting pointless response.

Absolutely awful company!!! Call for help filing a claim and get transferred 5 different times. No one knows what’s going on or how to help. Then jump through all of the hoops they wanted to be denied. Tried to cancel my policy over 2 weeks ago and ironically I haven’t gotten the paperwork in the email that was supposed to be sent 2 different times. They change the automatic withdrawal all of the time without notice. Clearly don’t give a damn about their customers. They just want your money. I will be calling again demanding my policy be cancelled and I want a full refund of my premium that was charged when it shouldn’t have been. I will never recommend this company!

Headache headaches headaches terrible! I was out of work since July 12th. Every time I sent in more documents, they needed more documents! It’s disgusting, no one knows anything!! They suck run away as soon as possible, they have been taking money out of my bank account. But haven’t paid me a dollar. Get rid of the company!! Run run run! Any9ne who has them, call the AGO! And get all your money back they don’t pay it’s a scam!!

This company should be investigated. If you’re a gig worker and were assigned this company as a life insurance provider, RUN. They’ll inactivate your benefit amount even if you pay and renew each month, and take away all your “learn and earn” benefits you earned through DoorDash EVEN WHEN YOU RENEW EACH MONTH AS REQUIRED. I was relying on my policy for peace of mind to cover my funeral expenses just in case because food delivery is dangerous, not to mention we have a serial killer in New England right now and people are delivering in the worst possible weather too. I logged in and renewed each month on time, yet my account was made inactive for NO REASON and without notice which violates section 108 of the Commonwealth.

All of these negative reviews are true. Not only that but there is absolutely no accountability at that company, and that includes all levels of management. Their canned responses to Google and BBB reviews/complaints are nothing but bandages, just so they can get through to the next day. Do not do business with this company. Their Claims dept is notoriously slow. I had to call every time to get an update. They never call you and the only method of communication is via snail mail. I worked for Southwest and had friends in the fire/police dept. My colleagues and friends had awful experiences with them. Do not do business with them.
