Hands down the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in any business, not just dealing with an insurance company. My wife and I purchased a house Jan 2016 – I had been shopping insurance and was looking to combine both our auto and new home policy. Sumair’s agency gave me a fair quote. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. But given they’re an “ALLSTATE” exclusive agent, I figured I would be getting a professional that knew the ends and outs of multiple policies and would look to build a solid and trusting relationship for years to come.
