We were able to get things resolved quite quickly and with ease. If I hadn't already done it, then it would've been a little more complicated but she gave valuable advice on the next steps to getting it done. Once I informed of it being completed already, she just needed the proof (i.e. the invoice) and it resolved everything. Not too mention she was pleasant to talk to as well.

I called to double check on my current homeowner’s policy. The premium had gone up and I wanted to review my coverage amounts. For today’s call I reached Michelle. In the past I had dealt with a different agent, who hadn’t followed through with a few requests I had. So, my recommendation is in fact about Michelle. I wish to compliment and recommend her as she has greatly impressed me with her personable manner, her thoroughness in reviewing my insurance needs, and her knowledge of insurance. Michelle Jones is the most courteous, knowledgeable and thorough agent I have ever worked with. The last time I spoke with Sandra she seemed short with me, but Michelle went out of her way to take care of my issue. She explained how everything worked, personally handled the issue for my agent and apologized for any inconvenience. She should be given a raise for her gentle hospitable nature. If she hadn't of been so kind, I may've just switched to another agent. I would recommend Michelle Jones to anyone needing an honest forthcoming person to deal with. She made my experience so much less stressful. I only like dealing with her now.
