5 Star service from Bryan Love. I had a problem on line getting the renewal auto policy adjusted to address to address the change in my current situation. It wasn't getting corrected. In fact it was worse. I called Rob Dunagan's office. Bryan asked me to come there. He saw what needed to be done and went to work on it. While there he really searched to adjust the policy. Once corrected he spent time going over every line item in clear understandable language explaining what it covers. I had questions and he had clear answers. His adjustments also lowered my premium.
