I have been a customer of Joe, and His dad for 5 years now. I love supporting a local business especially when everyone is always so helpful, and nice!

One of their customers hit me over 3 weeks ago and they have yet to do ANYTHING about it. We have left several messages and yet we are STILL waiting for something to be done.

The women that answer the phone Rude , she sets the phone down clearly I can still hear her conversation she gets a laughing and telling the other agent it's about my premium even told her to redirect my call to someone else, from how rude and unprofessional she was being like a child but she rather stay on the phone and try to be funny doesn't even try to help my situation like the other agents

It is very nice to be able to go into a place and talk to your insurance agent .
