Allstate Insurance Agent: Troy Moss

Just spoke to a lady there I think she said her name was Tracy. I asked her did they offer ride share coverage and she would not answer my question. She aggressively kept asking me questions but would not answer mine. My stomach still turns in disgust when I think about how rude, aggressive and condescending she was. She advised she had to ask these questions to see if I qualify. Qualify for what ma'am?! Just answer the question. No wonder why progressive maybe expensive but they are winning!

Several years ago I became the trustee for a trust my dad set up before his death. There are two properties in the trust and both had previously been covered by Allstate. When I explained the trust situation and even gave them all the legal trust paperwork they refused to ever change the insurance and put it in the name of the trust. Instead they continued with it under the name of my mother. I tried numerous times over the years to explain that the coverage wasn't really operating the way it was supposed to legally. I tried over and over to get them to make the changes. My mother-who is benefited by the trust and whose name the original beneficiary was when my dad was the policy holder- told them the same thing. These people are not TRUSTWORTHY! I was lied to and ignored and I am still having communication problems plus even after cancelling , I'm being charged!!!

I could not ask for a more caring and listening agents They go above and beyond greatly appreciated.

Poor customer service, very rude. Felt like I was inconveniencing their day by calling and wanting insurance.
