Al Patel - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had been a customer of another insurance company from ages 16-61, 45 years and hadn't had an accident that was my fault in at least 25 years but my rates kept going up. I won't say their name but they claim to have good palms and fingers, if you know what I mean. Anyway, my wife has been living in SC for about 15 years and she tired of my complaining so she told me perhaps I could call Al at State Farm and of course I listened to her because I am a good husband. My wife had always spoken highly of Al and I had heard many conversations she had with him and they were professional and yet personal. Al seemed to really care about my wife's insurance needs and he did a great job in meeting them. So, I gave him a call and spoke to Al and Amanda at State Farm and I definitely felt at home w

I have had a great experience so far with State Farm. Amanda has been the best representative I had, she takes great care of my car insurance.

Using my other account because I'm locked out of my old email. Longtime customer of Al. Never had a issue. I walked in, was greeted immediately by a lovely gal named Amanda who set me up nicely to wait as I was a drop in and just had a question about my bill. They were busy busy I could heear the phones ringing away. Few seconds later a honest to god supermodel looker blonde came over and asked how I was, if I needed anything and we chatted for a lil bit. Best wait Ive ever had haha! I got my question answered in about 2 minutes. Al is always there, the gals are a bonus but everyone cares and wants to help you.

If could give 0 stars I would… I have never not been helped so much in my life… All I needed was an insurance binder to complete my loan at the bank for a new car I was buying and I called the location multiple times asking when they would send it over and they kept saying in 5 mins… well then I had my mother call and they said oh Al is on the phone and the binder is waiting on his desk… so not only did he disregard all my phone calls but he kept us, the bank and the car dealership waiting for over an hour just to get a damn binder… save ur time and money and skip this insurance company…

I spoke to Al today, he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He did referred me to Sam for my insurance quote and she was beyond patient understanding and helpful, i would DEFINITELY recommend this company, and ask for Sam. Previous State Farm customer, and they (Al/Sam) made me want to come back.
