Very unprofessional, ghetto and rude. Do not use this person as an agent. I will definitely report her to the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. She is rarely available for conversation, if you question anything on your policy she will accuse you of saying Allstate is cheating you. Horrible!! Buyer beware!!!!
