They sold me a landlord policy so that I could move to a new house and rent the old one. After the new policy was in effect and the move was complete, they cancelled my insurance and said my house was too old to be insured and they will no longer cover me at all. They quit me after zero claims and being a loyal customer for 17 years!

I highly recommend Doug DiCola and his agency. We have always received prompt, helpful and friendly responses to our questions and requests for help. It is so nice to have a real person to talk to when we have questions, and Doug goes out of his way to help, even if it's the weekend and he's out of the office. We are getting ready to move out of state and Doug even volunteered to scout out a good agent for us in our new location. We really feel that we are respected and our business is appreciated.
