Allstate Insurance Agent: Dale Gainey

Dale Gainey has been very easy to talk to and provided me all of the information I need so I can make the best decision for myself rather than rushing the process like he had to get to his next customer. He’s friendly as well which made the whole experience better for me. I highly recommend him.

I will give zero stars if possible. Mr. Gainey has very poor customer service and is very rude after you sign up with him. In addition, I requested for my policy to not be renewed and still got billed. When I disputed the charge, he sent it to collections. Will definitely NEVER recommend him as an insurance agent to anyone.

This a great agency. I have two homes, my auto, and a boat with Dale Gainey. I trust that when I call with any changes, Dale will take care of it. I highly recommend the Dale Gainey agency for all your insurance needs.

I LOVE Allstate but I am not impressed with my agent, Dale Gainey. When I had a huge claim on my house, Allstate really stepped up and did a great job however, I never heard one word from Dale Gainey nor from his office. When I have called his office and spoken with Dale, he was condensending and dismissive both times. I will stay with Allstate but plan to change agents.
