I recently moved and had to change my policy based on my location. Sabrina was very helpful with going over my policy options and explaining ways that I could reduce the cost of my insurance. She even followed up by scheduling another phone call to make sure I was able to set everything up properly. She was exceptionally friendly and personable, which I value greatly in customer service, as it seems to be rare these days. (If her boss is reading this, you should consider giving her a raise.)
