Dawn failed to call back, or return two phone messages over the last 2 weeks, resulting in a $300 loss in premium cost for auto insurance! The first conversation appeared reasonable, however, attempting to start my new coverage is impossible because Dawn hasn't followed through! I will have no choice but to seek assistance exmlsewhere as the third phone call found her office close MD at 2:30 on Friday! I would have brought her much more business, both personal, business and other individuals and businesses, however the lack of integrity is unacceptable to productive, positive, growth oriented mindsets like mine. You blew it, Dawn. Why?
