Then, to my surprise, Zack contacted me a few months later and the quote dropped considerably. Zack is very thorough and taught me a lot about how insurance works. I worked with Nikki on my auto accident claim. She has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. As my claim handler, she had all the contacts to connect to the right information, advice, and got my claim completed so quickly, that I was able to get a replacement car before my rental period was over!
