I have used Allianz for years and had been a very satisfied user until today. I contacted Allianz to cancel my policy because I was no longer traveling. I was advised that because I purchased the insurance more than 15 days prior to the cancellation they would give me a "credit" to use against a trip at a later date. However, I must show proof of cancellation before it can be applied to another trip.

Alliance Insurance has kept me safe with my homes and auto's for the past 2 years and they always have great rates and service. I usually work with Terry in the Mt. Pleasant office but both offices are great. Thanks to some hard working folks !! TY !

Terry has to be one of the most well versed insurance professionals that I have EVER dealt with. She absolutely knows her stuff and has helped me tremendously by helping me make sure that the insurance I have best protects me, my properties, and my assets.
