I have called everyday and been i on hold couple hours or leave a messages for 2 weeks and still haven't hear form a person.How am I supposed to get my insurance plan change if nobody will answer the phone or call me back. This is very disappointing. I need to switch my plan before my appointment. I can't seem to do that for me and my daughter. I don't understand why nobody well help me .

Absolutely wonderful reps. Wait time was a bit long but once I got someone they were understanding, knowledgeable, offered different solutions, and even gave me resources to negate financial burdens. I also received a follow up call making sure I was able to resolve the problem.

I !!AWAYS!! have a good/GREAT experience with All care. Someone always answers the phone. I can usually get through to the person I like to work with. If I can't get her, I still, always get someone personable and knowledgeable. If my person dosen't have an answer, they have never failed to find the answer or given me directions to someplace that would have an answer. Almost got switched to another insurance company during the re-sign switching period. Luckily I did a little more research and was able to stop it. I'm on medicare,.. Allcare has been the best advantage insurance I've found in my research!!!

Good customer service but their doctor directory isn’t up to date. Don’t bother going on the website to look up doctors that accept all care, because it’s outdated and most of those offices don’t accept. Update your website

Never return calls, I still don't have my insurance cards for myself or my children and it's been over 2 years.
