Kenton is a horrible agent. Last year when I was looking for coverage, he couldn't find any plans that had the doctor I wanted to see, It took me 5 minutes to find a plan that the doctor accepted. Despite having to do his job for him, I was still kind enough to give him my business. Fast forward to Monday, it was the first time in 16 months I actually needed a single thing from him. He wouldn't answer phone calls and he made himself unavailable. I left him a voicemail letting him know I didn't appreciate being neglected. Of course that got his attention and I received angry voicemails back from him. In his last voicemail he stated that he'd no longer perform his duties as my agent if I spoke to him in that tone again (those voice mails have been given to the Texas Department of Insurance).

This is seemingly the only way to offer a rebuttal to the review by Stephen Rash. I have been in the health and Medicare insurance business thirty six years and this is the first time any client has criticized me in a public forum and, virtually, otherwise. I could disparage Stephen here but I refuse to lower myself to his level. Suffice it to say, I tried to provide him the same high level of service I provide all my clients. If you contact me, I would be more than happy to disclose the details his personality and the circumstances of his complaint. Those details would clearly represent a different side of the story.
