I have dealt with many insurance agencies in my life and Erika is excellent. She knows who I am and it’s a pleasure having a smiling voice on the phone no matter the day or time. I’ll also give a shout out to her other employee Alex. If you want to be treated like you’re an important part of their company then this is the place to buy your insurance needs!

I was paying $750 a month for years for my 2 cars. I was dropped by Allstate when I had a little fender bender. I was told because of that accident, I could not get a better rate. I shopped around and still could not get a lower rate. Until I contacted Erica from All in 1 Insurance. She got my rate down to more than half the cost! She's professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this agency!

I called three times and emailed my paperwork into Erica twice requesting a quote over the course of 3 weeks. Each time I was told I would be attended to with a return call or a quote via email. I still have not received one. I text what was told to me was never received by email, answered the questions that needed to he answered over the phone on the 3rd call attempt , clearly stating it was my 3rd amd last attempt to obtain a quote. What gives? I'm guessing you don't need the business. Very poor customer service.

To start, I have been doing business with AI1 for several years now. They've insured my home, vehicles and even helped me find the best health insurance that covers all my basic needs. Secondly, Erica is very detailed oriented and has even gone out of her way to contact me to let me know she might have found a better deal on insurances that are ready to expire. Lastly, All in 1 has gone above and beyond for me. Needless to say, I dont think I'll ever use another agency for as long as All in 1 is around! Thank you AI1!
