Alison Pfeiffer - Aflac Insurance Agent

This agent is incredible and truly dedicated to clients. I signed up with my employer in Cincinnati. When I left I kept my policies. I tried numerous times to reach my agent but she wouldn't respond. Ibwas given Alison's number to call since my location changed. Even though she doesn't receive commissions from my policy took time out of her day to answer all my questions.

Very helpful answering my questions even though she is not our agent. We've had this policy for 42 years for this type of insurance and never needed an agent. I've spoken to her before about getting another policy and she was helpful at that time. If we need to get an agent she would be the one we would choose.

Alison is a efficient and effective. I appreciate her prompt attention and the excellent service she provides. I highly recommend Alison Pfeiffer for all of your Aflac needs.
