The folks at this office are great. I don't deal in insurance, so I don't know what's what. Here, they are patient and courteous and will help you along with whatever questions you may have. They are very good at notifying you of any changes that may be occurring with your policies. If you need a change from whatever headache you are dealing with, give this office a call. Very disappointed. I had to open a claim about a month ago and not only wasn't contacted the first 48h as they stated, they also ignored my messages and didn't do anything about my claim. The other driver's insurance took care of the issue waaaay better than mine, they contacted me in 5 minutes after reporting the issue so I'm done with State Farm and will take my business to Allstate. Years of being a responsible customer for nothing.

Chris was amazing! He helped me get the cheapest insurance but also was easy on me when I had to call back, definitely a kind person!
