Shannon and his Alpha team provided excellent service and greatly supported us through the whole process of getting my son's car repaired, claim processed and quickly being reimbursed for his repairs. Background - My son ran over some scrap metal which resulted not being able to continue his 9 hour drive back from his grandmothers right before New Years day. As you can imagine, everything was closed, so we had to wait several days just to contact everyone to start the process of getting his car reviewed, repaired and able to drive back to Alabama. Shannon's team and the appraiser (Kevin) were great to work with as they quickly reviewed the documentation submitted by the dealership to repair the car and walking us through the process to ease our concerns and frustration with the dealership.
