The easiest thing I did for myself this year was join State Farm! My time and schedule makes it difficult for me to get some things done during the weekdays, but getting my truck insurance was incredibly fast and simple! Thank you Alan Waggoner State farm team!!! State Farm & this agency have been great. Always someone available to help with all our needs. Recently had a bad accident and everyone was friendly and helpful, saw me through the process with kindness and courtesy.

I had a cracked windshield and left a message. Even though they were closed for a holiday someone reached out and helped me get set up on getting a replacement. Really makes me feel comfortable that if something more serious were to ever happen that Alan and his team would be there for me, my family and my business too!

I spoke w/ Melissa today re: issues w/ my account due to a divorce. She was so very kind, understanding & reassuring while helping me. Not only was I able to get what I needed right away via email, but Melissa taking the time to hear my concerns & explaining in what ways I’m protected w/ their office dissipated all of my stress. Thank you for being that little ray of sunshine for me today Melissa!!
