Do not go here for health insurance. I am helping my boyfriend organize all his finances and happened to see he was paying $869 A MONTH…yes…a MONTH…for health insurance as a healthy 41-year old man on no medications who never goes to the doctor or even used the insurance while he had it for 10+ years on this wildly expensive plan. He trusted the agency to give him good insurance pricing and set him up with a plan that fit what he needed. They failed him miserably. I got him set up on a plan that costs $400 a month instead. I shudder to think of the money wasted all these years. I called his agent to see why in the world he would’ve ever put him on that plan and his agent said that $800+ a MONTH is what people have to pay for good coverage. I called this insurance agency six weeks ago for condo and auto (three vehicles)insurance. I provided all details of my present policy and after hearing nothing from the agency called them back after two weeks. I was told “ oh you are next up in our system so we will be calling you back very soon.” Now four weeks later and no call from this agency. Really very simple Charles Alexander Insurance: just call me back and inform me you are unable to find me a better rate! Instead you show the ultimate disrespect by simply ignoring me. Now that is the type of business model to be proud of. Charles Alexander Insurance proved to me they have no concern for new customers—I strongly advise choosing another insurance agency. KB. I've been using this agency for years now, and they have always done a great job. They find me the best rates and have great customer service. I just referred a co-worker, so I thought I should write a review while I'm here!

They were my favorite place to manage my insurance. But last time I went to insure myself through them, they acted too busy to handle my needs and shooed me away. I won't use them again for the way I was mistreated verbally by the owners wife and will no longer use them for my business or vehicle insurance. Help them lessen their load and go elsewhere. Maybe then they will appreciate those who contact them for assistance.

If you've seen my prior post on Alexander Insurance you'd say I had alot to say,and I did. But as a true God fearing human being with morales one must admit when right is right and wrong is wrong and I was indeed wrong in my premature assumption of this agency. Insurance is in fact extremely confusing and in occasion unfair. It's not one size fit all,I know this now. thanks to the Alexander Insurance Agency because through this issue of my neighbors tree falling through my home theyve been there to help answer any questions I have or to set me on the path to restoration.
