Alex Strawn - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve never had an experience like this with auto insurance. Very kind people on the phone, but their process makes 0 good sense. My vehicle was hit in a parking lot by a police officer, 3-4k of damage, and was told they will not help at all unless I file a claim, pay them a $500 deductible and possible penalties against my premiums. Instead I am supposed to chase the other parties insurance company, deal with them on the claim, advocate for myself for the costs. It’s one of those…why am I paying you if when my vehicle is damaged it’s still up to me to take care of it? I’ll be changing insurances by end of week. I’ve had State Farm before and it was legit, but if I’m getting no help I might as well go with the general or something where no help is the expectation. --an update same day thoug

This is the BEST insurance company ever. It's not only state farm witch is good. But these employees are AMAZING and CARING and KIND people and they go beyond fir you.

Great staff, professional, friendly, helpful. The claims department was also great when I had an accident. I am very happy with their settlement offer.

Walked in, said I needed to insure my Tacoma. 15 or 20 minutes later walked out with new insurance. Everyone was professional and personable.
