I purchased a policy with Progressive before I went in for 2 knee surgeries. It was all cut and dry...gave money down, even made first payment. While in the hospital, Progressive sent an email requesting the truck registration, pictures of truck...and if all things...my property deed showing ownership of home.....??? I didn't get this email timely and was canceled-- no help...no consideration....no reversal. Yet? I was invited to turn around and RE-purchase a new policy from Progressive.......no thanks.
