Tim is wonderful. I just returned to Insurance World after several years and he actually remembered me! Just like in the past, he was was extremely helpful, explaining why he was doing what he was doing as he did it, taking time to explore the cheapest options for me, and making sure I was happy with his proposed plan. He has, for years, been the standard for a personalable and professional insurance agent, and I'm glad to be under his care again. Thank you, Tim!

When I first called, I was talking to a Lady named Debbie she go to all my information I had told her I would call her back with the drivers license number that I needed for the insurance policy so I call back the following week and get a lady named Sam and she was very rude and said I only had one car when I know, I have put both cars on the insurance so when I signed the policy, I was Charged then I started looking at the policy, I noticed only one car was put on so I called back to ask why and she said that was the only one on there I said no way I gave the other lady all the information so she charged me another amount to put my car on there, I’m not happy. I need another Insurance because this isn’t right. She was also very rude and was not whatsoever customer service friendly. On top

This place seemed great until they charged us 200 for insurance after we SWITCHED TO PROGRESSIVE… They think they can secretly still charge you and you won’t notice, they said ‘it’ll be a while before you get your money returned if at all…’ they seemed to have done this on purpose don’t go here unless you want to be charged double or pay two insurances on one single car. Again we canceled their service and they still charged us 200.00 now we can’t afford groceries or rent.

The people here are very nice and respectful they have good customer service and they are fast they help get you in and out as fast as possible as long as you come prepared with all the right paper work and documents that are needed to complete the process and as long as you don't have anything wrong that will prevent you from getting your whip registered you should be in and out within a few minutes. They are all very helpful as well they will do what they can to help you they also have great deals I shopped around before I decided to go with them because I only had a set amount I was able to afford and they had exactly what I was looking for they were actually way less then what my set amount was so I was left with some left over cash that's always a plus
