Our experience with Alan's group has been great and better than ever expected. As most people we don't look forward to dealing with insurance companies and spending time on the phone with them. I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure and profitable experience with state farm and Alan's group. Our last company AM Fam for over 51years ended when they would not return calls from the agent. We started to pursue other agents and quickly found Alan's state Farm business. We have saved a lot of money on our cars, umbrella and homeowners. In addition to the savings, customer care and most of all the developed TRUST factor that had been recognized from the beginning. Marissa was great! She explained everything we needed to know about our auto,homeowners, boat and jewelry policies. Agents at other companies never were as thorough as she was. She also is a very nice person! Highly recommend, and the premiums were reasonable compared our last company we were with!
