This organization's handling of my medical needs is not merely poor; it is actively obstructionist and potentially fraudulent. The delay in approving my medically necessary MRI—a process that agonizingly stretched over a full month—is inexcusable and showcases a profound disregard for patient well-being and timely care. My entire experience was awful. Especially trying to get in touch with my case manager. She never responded to a single email since July. Her desk phone had the holiday weekend message up until Thursday. Works from home, blames delays on Internet issues, or short staff. I understand being busy. You guys have to at least make an effort to get back to people. Over 3 days I had to leave two messages, send an email, call the main line, and wait for a call back. AIM please reply and I'd love to share the details with you, anytime.

My experience with A.I.M. Mutual has been extremely disappointing. Communication is slow and inconsistent, and it feels nearly impossible to get clear answers when you need them most. Instead of providing support and guidance, they’ve made the process stressful and frustrating. I expected a higher level of professionalism and responsiveness from an insurance provider, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. I would not recommend A.I.M. Mutual to anyone looking for reliability or peace of mind.

I filed a claim had Jean E. She Called to go over my claim. She told me sounds like this won't get approved. Why? I got hurt AT work but its not a good enough injury? Absolutely no communication. I've been trying to get ahold of her, been calling and leaving voice mails all week, but she won't return my call! I need to know what's happening with my case! I see why this place has 2stars....

I had a head neck and backk injury from blatent manager negligence, they sent me to a dr. To see if i could go back to work.. the dr they used was EXTREMELY unprofessional his office was in an old run down house turned into an office... while meeting with him he badgered me twice to try and get me to leave the appointment (auto disqualified for benefits if i left) made me walk on the dirty ground with my bare feet (wouldnt even let me put my socks on) or he was going to tell them i refused examination. A week later my benefits were terminated. The second i saw the dr they sent me to i knew he was the type the insurance company wants saying everyone passed examination and can work again. That doctor shouldnt be practicing
