so...I thought AIG was a reputable life insurance company who respected their customers. Is just an insurance scammer like any other. I bought the Universal Index life insurance on 2020 and made monthly payments of $200 until 2023. They initially sell it to me with a very good forecasted accumulated value but as years went on, I noticed the actual accumulated value was 4 times lower than that, due to the numerous fees they apply to the monthly fee. When I asked for an In force Illustration document, the process in the web platform was so evidently a dark pattern to prevent users for requesting this, that I actually had to call to customer support to get it done.
