Ago Benavides: Allstate Insurance

This insurance company does not want to take care of their customers that pay their policies on time that allow them to have a job! No one understands to turn one hand washes the other very disappointed with this company thinking about having no insurance at all it is not worth the money.

I switched AllState reps because my previous rep was very unresponsive, but Ago is worse. I called the office two or three times (during normal business hours) to ask questions about my policy and each time the newly hired receptionist told me that he was not in the office, and when I described my question, she told me what I was asking for was not possible - despite not having the requisite training to make that assertion. I also asked if they could send me a document that outlined flood coverage options for my home and she said it was not possible, she could only read them to me at lightening speed over the phone and then act annoyed that I was confused. I asked that the rep call me back each time, and NEVER got a call back.

Very Happy with the services received from our AllState agent. Friendly, Professional, and Mr. Benavides made it very easy to understand our home owners policy. It's a pleasure doing business here!!

I've had 2 policies with this agency over the past 3 years. Not once have I been able to get someone on the phone to talk with me about my policy or make changes. Horrible customer service.
