Aflac District Office

I would not recommend Aflac to ANY business! Especially a small business. 7 months now we have been trying to get this company to assist us with our problems and access- They have made excuses and passed the buck SO many times that it is nearly unbelievable. We have gone through MULTIPLE Reps (Noah Bailey & Rich Brown) have both abandoned us in our struggles. Since we came on services, they have yet to get 1 single invoice correct- More often than not, we have a significant number of employees on our statements that are people we have never heard of let alone employ and when you make adjustments to the invoice they continue to bill for those same people. We have had NO access to the Dental and Vision portal since the beginning and yet have approximately 20k in employee claims that we cann
