I am not impressed. My insurance was to renew on 10/30 so I started last week shopping and heard their prices were great. I began by filling out the bundle quote form online on their website. I haven’t heard a thing, haven’t gotten an email even checked my spam then called for two days now finally talked to somebody and they have none of my information that was provided in that quote. Nothing has been done. When asked to provide my information again. I said I would really like cheaper insurance but I feel like I’m having to work for it a little too hard so no I’m not providing it again and thanks for nothing.

Worst experience with insurance tried to get ahold of them to cancel my insurance left voicemail and messages with the lady at the front desk took almost a full week to get someone left work early to sign a paper to cancel my insurance this happened at the beginning of December now we’re at the end and I see my card was charged $200 for the insurance I tried to cancel almost a full month ago I do not recommend their services at the Spartanburg group as it seems the only thing they care about is selling you insurance terrible customer service I should not be paying for 2 different insurance policies especially when the one they got me is 200 just for motorcycle I went through State Farm and they gave me a policy for under 100 on top of that I had to miss work to go up there and was still ch

We were with affordable insurance for 1 year and our policy was cancelled 2 times without our knowledge. No phone call or email! The owner admitted that his employee, Darrell messed up and was not thorough. He failed to set up the autopay. The owner also said he would work on a new policy for us and get it ASAP and that never happened either. I actually still haven’t heard from him weeks later. Take your money elsewhere! I called another company and got coverage that same day.

Danny is truly a caring man, who works hard to run his company diligently. Darrell and Allison are also awesome! They searched numerous companies to help us find the best rate of insurance that’s perfect for our family! Would highly recommend Affordable Insurance to anyone!

Don’t bother these people. They obviously don’t need your business. Initiated a conversation with them over a week ago for a quote for home/auto insurance. They never followed up. I called the office yesterday to find out what was going on. The person I spoke with couldn’t tell me anything and there was nobody else there. She said she’d leave a message. Got a call from Danny today. Said he’d send the documents right over. Still waiting… Don’t bother now Danny. I took my business elsewhere.
