I strongly advise against using this company for homeowner or auto insurance. I filed a claim for roof hail damage after a major storm. My experience with adjuster Christopher Mackey was appalling. He is dishonest and lies while smiling to you; his family would be ashamed if they knew. When he states there is no damage, assume there is significant damage, as his goal is to rapidly close the claim to avoid paying out. They will also make you split every separate thing damaged into different claims so you have to pay deductible on each one even though they may all be caused from same event. Scamsurance.
