Aetna

I called the health care line for serious information and the person made it sound like a joke talking to me she said this would be fun when I talk to her I can't say too much because I would get sued but I wish somebody from Aetna insurance will look into this matter because I am a Insurance member of Aetna is recorded so I hope corporation of Aetna looks into this matter because I've been with y'all for three years I'm thinking about changing

i have the Aetna membership for health plan that i have a benefit for over the counter at CVS pharmacy . unfortunately every time i go to pick something from the list ,they do not have it . very bad membership. Aetna can cut the amount of $165.00 for every three month but give us more choice to pick our need from some other pharmacy . thanks

Denied getting a crown when my dental covers 50% in or out of network! I knew when my company switch insurance to aetna it was going to be nothing but problems! Its amazing how there are only 1 and 5 star ratings. Could the 5 stars be employees?
