I wish I could leave 0 stars. This is by far the most annoying and stressful experience ever! Terrible. Always telling me my insurance is inactive or terminated after they sent me a letter saying it ends a month from now. Sent my mother home sick from the hospital will not cover the rehabilitation she needs. I can no longer get the procedure I need done.

I disenrolled the month after i signed up and sent in my card. They STILL KEEP SENDING ME LATE ENROLLMENT BILLS TOTALLING 230.00. I KEEP calling the help number and are met with people with thick accents who don't listen. I shouldn't have to pay these fees and already be dis enrolled. I shouldn't have to fill out the late fee enrollment reconsideration forms multiple times. Now. Im wondering if ill even get another dis enrollment form. Dont get eatna for suppliment insurance if you have Medicare. The ad online said i would get help with food and MORE money from my ssd benifits.

I ordered prescriptions from Aetna on September 20, 2025, it is October 20, 2025 and the prescriptions have not been delivered. I have reached out several times and they still cannot confirm when delivery is. I have been without my meds for 7 days. Do not use Aetna they do not care about their clients

Have had Aetna health insurance for years. This past year they denied care for the first and third procedure I had for a skin condition, yet covered the second procedure. Same exact codes used for the condition and billing. Their second “review” of my first procedure in early January 2023 was denied again by their medical director. This makes absolutely no sense. They also tell me that after your doctor appeals a procedure twice they’re no longer to appeal again, leaving you, the patient, to appeal. Again- this process makes no sense. I did my due diligence and called Aetna about this procedure beforehand to see if it was covered. They told me which codes the doctor should use to bill this correctly to have it covered. I even found in writing on their website the parameters upon which thes

Worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with by far especially Aetna dental. Do not waste your time with them, they have awful customer service never follow through with anything. I had to get the Department of Labor and Better Business Bureau involved before they even moved a finger. Disgusting waste of my time. They should be shut down.
