Absolutely trash health insurance. One annual check up once after every 365+ days instead of a calendar year which has been the standard with all the other insurance companies I have dealt with prior. Meaning I have to wait until day 366 or after in order to use my benefit. Since we were not aware and used it a few days early of 365 days since our last visitation, we are now stuck with a thousand dollar bill for an annual preventative check up. Ridiculous.

I had an upcoming procedure that they denied coverage because it was deemed " not medically necessary ". I am disgusted and angry that they think it's their right to go against my drs orders. DISGUSTING! GARBAGE!

One of or possibly the worst insurance agency ever listed to protect you. You pay all the extra money you can afford for benefits, only to be hit with more charges than what you pay for yearly.

Terrible !!!! I called them many times but No body picked the phone up. And the insurance member ID is wrong on my ID card. Hospital checked my insurance ID and birthday but cannot find me. Don't know what I can do. I hate this insurance company.

The worst company I PAY 2000DLS EACH MONTH ...THEY DID NOT COVER ENYTHIN!!!!!
