I had an accident, and the insurance company is trying to make me seem at fault, even though I was in the right, just to close the case. It's a very bad company that doesn't represent its customers and only thinks about its own interests. Do your research carefully; there are other companies that are cheaper and offer the same coverage.

I previously made the mistake of doing a DMV transaction by mail. It took two months and required involving my state representative to contact the DMV so they’d actually answer my question. I did a similar transaction at AAA. Without an appointment, I had a 12 minute wait and 4 minutes to do the transaction. 16 minutes beats two months any day of the week!

Horrible customer service I am member since 2017 first time happened with the lady ( Nora Rodriguez ) she have no idea how to respectful talk with customers the way she talks so rude she needs to retire the way she talk horrible never expected from AAA employe like this first time visit 21-04-2025 around after noon she literally treated me get out from here check the photos below they can pull my information with my phone number but she denied to pull I just want to know how much I need to pay for my sticker I forgot my ID in car horrible horrible horrible experience with this lady I recommended don’t go to this lady and never come to AAA better to fire this horrible lady she don’t care customer request she need money that’s it she don’t care how to talk with customers she is evil person s

Triple AAA is so very dependable so super fast that I may never leave AAA because they handle their business and I got my registration sticker in seconds after walking in—-i’m loving it. Triple AAA is the best so is the Roadside service makes life easier being with AAA

Better than going to DMV you get in and out real fast if you have the membership, of course
